How We Protect Your Calls
From the moment you upload audio to the generation of AI insights, every step is secured by modern encryption and strict access protocols.
Secure Data Transfer
Audio is downloaded exclusively via secure, private links provided by the client. All data is transferred through encrypted channels, ensuring your information remains fully protected during transmission.
Isolated Cloud Storage
Data is stored securely in the AWS cloud within a private network. Audio files reside in EU-based AWS S3 buckets. Transcribed text is encrypted and stored using company-specific unique tokens, keeping your data completely isolated.
Strict AccIsolated Cloud Storageess Control
Access to the Robonote application requires a temporary token, secured by a mandatory two-step process: standard credential authentication and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator.
How is our data transferred?
Audio is securely downloaded from a private link provided by the client. All data is transferred through encrypted channels, ensuring that information remains fully protected during transmission.
How is our data stored?
Robonote securely stores all data in the AWS cloud, within a private network that prevents unauthorized access. Audio files are stored in AWS S3 buckets located in the EU region, ensuring compliance with international privacy standards. Transcribed text is encrypted and stored in our database using unique, company-specific tokens, keeping data isolated and accessible only to authorized users.
How can someone access the data?
Access to Robonote's main application and data requires obtaining a temporary token. This involves two critical steps: user authentication (username and password) and mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator. This ensures that even if login credentials are compromised, unauthorized access remains impossible.
What kind of AI provider handles the data?
Robonote uses its own proprietary AI models for algorithmic analysis. For translation and transcription, we work with trusted third-party providers to ensure the highest quality of results. All third-party providers operate under strict security and compliance policies.
Is our data used for AI training?
By default, no third-party provider uses client data for training unless it's explicitly approved by the customer. Robonote's internal models may be trained using client data only with explicit client consent, and strictly to improve the detection of specific events requested by that client. Robonote never shares data externally for AI training.
Is there anything else I need to know about Robonote's security standards?
Yes. Robonote is ISO 27001 certified, which means our information security practices are verified to meet international standards. This certification confirms that we manage client data with a structured, audited, and continuously monitored security framework covering everything from data storage to risk management.
